Katherine Eggers specializes in plant identification, herbal medicine and wild edibles.  Her goal is to provide you with the information and educational avenues needed to support self- healing through the integration of herbal medicines, natural remedies and elements of self-care.
The use of nutritional and herbal counseling are considered alternative procedures and are not a substitute for western medical care. Therapies or advice offered are not designed to be a diagnosis or treatment of any disease, injury or medical condition. Accordingly, if you have any medical or health issues, we strongly recommend that you CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN or HEALTH CARE PROVIDER with regard to any medical conditions in addition to obtaining any information and/or treatment from us.
 

I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I will continue to breathe smoothly. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation.

Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in such a fitness program. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, my agreement to these terms verifies that I have my physician's approval to participate. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga and participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Sukha Soma Yoga & SI and it's instructors.

By agreeing to these terms, you agree that neither Katherine Eggers, Sukha Soma Yoga & SI nor any of its employees, contractors, practitioners, officers, directors, shareholders or agents shall have any liability to you under any theory of liability in connection with the use of information, treatments, services and/or products provided to you by Katherine Eggers. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, IN NO EVENT WILL Katherine Eggers or Sukha Soma Yoga & SI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES arising from your use of the information, treatment or products suggested. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you further release and forever waive any and all claims or damages you may have against Katherine Eggers or Sukha Soma Yoga & SI, including, but not limited to, any claims or damages based upon the negligence of Katherine Eggers or Sukha Soma Yoga & SI for losses or damages sustained in connection with the use of the information, treatments, services and/or products provided to you by Katherine Eggers or Sukha Soma Yoga & SI. This agreement shall be binding upon your heirs, personal representatives and executors. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that any of the foregoing provisions are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, you agree that the total liability of Katherine Eggers or Sukha Soma Yoga & SI if any, for losses or damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the particular information, treatment, services and/or products provided to you.
