Katherine Eggers E-RYT 200

Katherine Eggers teaches a yoga deeply rooted in ancient Hatha Yoga and modern Hakomi mindfulness techniques. A background in biology and exercise science makes Katherine's yoga style a unique blend of modern and traditional approaches.  In each class she hopes you will learn something about yoga philosophy, something about how your body works, and most of all she hopes you will learn something about yourself. 

Katherine aims to make each class accessible regardless of age or level of fitness. For Katherine, yoga has been a powerful tool for personal growth and empowerment and she hopes to share this with you.
