
Transformation is not about fixing yourself or making yourself into an ideal image of happiness.
It's about learning to live with skill. By understanding your unconscious habitual patterns you can make room for the authentic self to manifest through you as a gift to the world.
When you align with your authentic self you feel good, you feel well, you have energy and don't feel overwhelmed. You might call this happiness, but I believe it is something deeper.
This fundamental sense of wellbeing is what I aim to cultivate in our life coaching sessions together. I use a variety of methods including mindfulness meditation, body awareness exercises, Qigong, archetypal themes, dream analysis and plant medicine.
Regardless of the techniques we use, my primary goal is to listen for messages from your authentic self and to follow where it wants to go.
