Jaggery for Weight Loss or Weight Gain? Need Opinions
I recently came across an article titled “Does Jaggery Increase Weight or Aid in Weight Loss?” and it made me rethink how often I use jaggery instead of sugar. Ayurveda considers it a better alternative, but since it’s still high in calories, I’m unsure whether it truly supports weight control.
