The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has started disbursing the September 2025 payment of Rs. 13,500 to eligible beneficiaries under the Kafaalat scheme. This quarterly cash support targets low-income women and families across Pakistan to help manage rising living costs.

To check your eligibility or payment status, simply send your CNIC number via SMS to 8171 or visit the official 8171 BISP portal. If you qualify, your payment will be available for collection at your nearest BISP-designated center or HBL Konnect agent.

Please remember to bring your original CNIC when collecting funds. Beneficiaries are entitled to receive the full Rs. 13,500 — no agent or center is allowed to make deductions.

This initiative is part of the government’s commitment to reduce poverty and support financially vulnerable citizens. BISP continues to be a lifeline for millions of women who rely on this support for food, education, and basic needs.
